Born and raised on the Westside of Cleveland. I spent the majority of my childhood living in Lakewood and attending the Lakewood City Schools. Upon graduating Lakewood High School, I attended Kent State University where I studied marketing and advertising. A majority of my studies were focused on the end-consumers and the marketplace, which today I put to good use! In 2004, I completed my bachelor’s degree of Business Administration. While attending college, I moved to the Westpark neighborhood where I was a resident for several years and worked as a Bookkeeper for a downtown Cleveland law firm managing all the financial aspects of the business. During this time I always kept abreast of the real estate market. With my vast knowledge and skill set of marketing and advertising, it only made perfect sense that I would excel in the real estate industry. I decided to pursue a career in real estate and got my Ohio Real Estate License in August of 2007.
When I first became a
Realtor, I joined Realty One in Rocky River. I was there for a short time when
I soon realized the potential that I could have joining Keller Williams
Realty.I went from having a part time
job as a Realtor to having a full time career as a real estate professional.
Not only am I proud to say that I am a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, I am
also a Sales Partner on The EZ Sales Team, the top real estate team in Greater
Cleveland. Gregory Erlanger and Mike Zinicola creators and owners of the EZ
Sales Team have taught me not only a skill but also my life’s passion with their
wealth of knowledge as two of Cleveland’s first-class Realtors.
I currently reside in Avon,
a suburb of Lorain County.I have
extensively researched the various new construction opportunities and
subdivisions available to Avon, Avon Lake and North Ridgeville. As Cleveland
continues to revitalize creating an atmosphere catered to downtown living, I
have made it a priority to become resourceful in the downtown condo market as
well. As a Realtor, I think it is crucial to be well-versed in all the communities
in which I sell.
