I was born in Romania and moved to Cleveland in 1992 with my family. I grew up in Lakewood, attended Lakewood High School and graduated in 1998. My innate desire to help others inspired me to pursue a degree in Psychology at Cleveland State University. While attending college, I worked full time as a graphic designer with a focus in Real Estate Marketing. This job sparked a new interest in me, and I realized the real estate world was full of wonderful opportunities. By the time I graduated from Cleveland State University, it became pretty obvious to me that I need to follow my new dream & pursue a career in Real Estate.
I got my real estate license in 2006 & joined Howard Hanna Real Estate Services as a full time Realtor. Although I was new in the business at a time where the market was beginning its big transition, I stayed active, was still very successful and became a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. In the spring of 2009 I decided to join the EZ Sales Team and Keller Williams Realty because it seemed like the perfect opportunity to grow my business. Working full time, I have enjoyed developing a deep and extensive understanding of the local real estate markets and opportunities. Buying and selling, building new and renting: I have had extensive partnerships in and among each of these distinct and often complex situations.
One of the things I enjoy is being able to move freely between the roles of a buyer’s agent and that of a seller’s agent. Each role requires its own set of tasks and talents. The Seller’s agent side of being a Realtor allows me to use my graphic design skills in creating appealing marketing pieces for my effective marketing plan. Proper marketing increases showing activity, shortens days on market and ultimately yields higher sales prices. As a buyer’s agent, I’ve learned the different ways people approach the adventure of buying a home and have grown into the role of hearing and understanding my clients’ unique situations. As a real estate professional my eyes are always scanning the latest properties coming available throughout my communities, and you can be sure that I will contact you anytime a new home pops up that just might be for you. One of the greatest joys of being a Realtor is watching for the excitement to well up in my clients when they’ve found their perfect home. Whether buying or selling a home, I am eager for the opportunity to be a friend and adviser on your journey in home sales. Being a sales partner on one of the most productive real estate teams in Greater Cleveland, gives me the ability to leverage the talents of many, which allows me to provide extraordinary service and results.
