A lot of our clients want to know what a home warranty is and if they should get one. When you purchase a home you can either purchase your own home warranty or ask the seller to offer one to you. A home warranty will give you piece of mind on a variety of items included in the new home that you have just purchased.

These clients enjoy the piece of mind that for 12-13 months, the majority of items in their home would be insured if anything were to break. There are many home warranty companies to chose from like HMS (Home warranty Midwest) , AHS (American Home Shield) or HWA (Home Warranty of America). Each one has a certain coverage periods, different deductables and items covered.
The EZ Sales Team can work with you to find the right one for your needs. The EZ Sales Team has chosen Kim Loving with Home Warranty of America as our preferred Home Warranty Specialist. The "Orange" Home Warranty of America solution has the longest term (13 Months) and the lowest cost ($389) for the most coverage. It seems pretty simple to us but you can definitely check others to price out what is best for you.
