During my first year of high school at St.
Ignatius I used to walk from the bus stop on Franklin Boulevard along the old brick-covered
roads past many renovated historic homes to the Ignatius campus. It was during
those walks that I felt one day I eventually would choose a career path in real
estate. I was fascinated with the homes, the Ohio City neighborhood, the shops
and restaurants, and the West Side Market. One home in particular was the
Franklin Castle, on Franklin Boulevard. I passed the Castle every day, always
hoping to glimpse the infamous ghosts peeking from the windows. I went on to graduate
from St. Edward High School in Lakewood, but if it weren’t for all those walks
through Ohio City, I seriously doubt that I would be selling real estate today.
Prior to graduating from Kent State University,
I earned my real estate license and began selling homes with Lawrence Realty in
Rocky River. Following graduation, I focused on real estate sales and became a
licensed real estate appraiser in 1993. I have been appraising homes and 2-4
family properties for banks, mortgage companies, homeowners, and attorneys ever
since. As an expert in home valuation, I’m able to help clients properly price
their homes to sell at their maximum price in the shortest time possible.

and resale value.
I have been working at Keller Williams Realty
since 2008 and joined the EZ team in 2009. I decided to join forces with the EZ

our free time, we love to cook and bake together, eat Mexican and Thai food,
and entertain family and friends. I also enjoy fly fishing, golfing, biking,
camping, hiking, kayaking, skiing, and staying fit.
