Abby is a life long Clevelander, growing up in Bay Village and attending Cleveland State University before she became a licensed Realtor in 2004. Abby became a realtor after watching her late grandfather, George Manning, work in the industry. He was a broker and commercial and residential developer who owned and developed commercial and residential real estate throughout Cleveland. His business sense and passion for real estate quickly became one that Abby would mirror. Abby has worked hard to become a top Cleveland Ohio realtor.
Abby bought her first home when she was 24 and it was a fixer upper. She enjoyed every aspect of her personal real estate transaction from the house hunt to the remodeling and designing of the home. Abby then realized she wanted to help others through their real estate transactions as well. For many people, real estate is their biggest financial asset and being a part of that decision and recognizing her clients needs and wants is what she truly loves about being a real estate agent.
Growing up on Lake Erie in Bay Village, Abby has a natural love for the water. She enjoys spending family time at the beach or on the golf course. From fixer uppers, to investment properties to waterfront properties, no real estate transaction is too big or too small. Abby has enjoyed working with many different clients over the years from renters, first time home buyers to large business owners and professional athletes and coaches.
