Nicholas Hardy was raised in Westlake, Ohio and attended Cleveland State earning a Sociology/Criminology degree in 2009. Gaining experience in the financial field, Nicholas spent seven years as a loan officer and still holds an NMLS license for Ohio.
Nicholas discovered his passion for real estate while investing in local properties to rehabilitate and enhance surrounding Cleveland neighborhoods which led to obtaining his real estate licensure is 2022. He has experience in building management and has been a landlord in the Cleveland area for 9 years. Nicholas continues to be passionate about revitalizing Cleveland and surrounding suburbs while being dedicated to serving the community.
Growing up and now again residing in Westlake, Nicholas has lived in the downtown, Tremont and surrounding areas for the past 40+ years. Nicholas possesses local & regional knowledge as well as the networking that gives him an edge.
