As Executive Director of the EZ Sales Team, the #1 real estate team in Northern Ohio, Ashley brings a proven track record of dedication, leadership, and client-focused service. With a background rooted in care and precision, Ashley began her career as an Emergency Veterinary Technician, where she spent five years developing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under high pressure.

A graduate of Strongsville High School (Class of 2009), Ashley went on to attend Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA), earning her Associate’s Degree in Communication. She then obtained her Veterinary Technician license through Penn Foster and later completed Hondros College courses to earn her Real Estate License, further strengthening her professional expertise and versatility.

Her passion for service and efficiency led her to real estate, where she served as Director of First Impressions at Keller Williams Citywide for nearly two years. In 2021, she joined the EZ Sales Team as a Closings Coordinator, quickly demonstrating her drive and leadership. Her commitment and performance earned her promotions—first to Executive Assistant, and most recently to Executive Director, where she now oversees the Listings, Closings, and Leads Departments. In this role, she manages critical operations, supports team growth, and ensures a seamless experience for both clients and agents.

In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Ashley provides SOI (Sphere of Influence) Real Estate Support, helping agents strengthen relationships, leverage their networks, and maximize business opportunities. Her dedication to creating systems, empowering her team, and delivering exceptional client care has been instrumental in the EZ Sales Team’s continued success as a market leader.
