I grew up in the suburbs of Cleveland and lived a modest life with my brother and 3 sisters, My parents taught us to always put others in front of ourselves and to be honest and true to ourselves. My father was a realtor for many years and my parents owned their own management company for several years. I found a career in the apartment industry and spent the past 21 years working hard, learning and earning my way up from leasing apartments to managing them. I found it to be a very rewarding industry to be in… helping families find their new homes. Over time, I wanted something more, something bigger. I considered for many years becoming a realtor like my father, but was afraid of the unknown. This past year I joined the EZ Sales Team with Keller Williams Greater Cleveland West, in Westlake and it’s been one exhilarating ride up to this point! I have found that In today’s customer service oriented society, timely, friendly and productive service is a must.
In my spare time I like to stay active and enjoy being outdoors. From 2008 to 2013, I participated in the Susan G. Koman, 60-mile 3-day walk for Breast Cancer and have personally raised over $25,000 for breast cancer research. When it’s time to relax, I simply enjoy a good glass of red or white wine. I had the opportunity of a lifetime, to travel to Italy in 2015 and 2016 and went to Sicily in 2017.
My long term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer’s expectations with service that sells. I realize that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business is of utmost importance in every company.
