As one of Northeast Ohio’s top real estate agents, I can honestly say that I truly love what I do for a living because I help make dreams come true for many families; the joy of owning their own home! I am fortunate to have the honor of making a real difference in people’s lives every day as they buy, sell, or build their homes! Literally shaping dreams; it doesn’t get much better than that, but it took many years before I made the leap into a career in Real Estate.  I grew up in Parma, OH, but have lived in many different cities throughout Northeast Ohio, embracing the city life on the North Coast, the suburbs, and presently live in Brunswick, located in beautiful Medina County.  I attended Kent State University where I studied Fashion Merchandising, but soon after college and a brief career in retail management I got into outside sales with a Fortune 500 Corporation in Corporate Wireless Sales.  I successfully climbed the ranks in Corporate Sales, became the #1 Sales Manager in the country, and eventually became a Global Enterprise Manager with another Fortune 500 Company.  I managed a large team of sales representatives across the country who I developed to be as internally driven and motivated to succeed as I was.  My time spent in the Corporate Business to Business sector taught me a great deal about consistent prospecting, successful contract negotiations, and consultative relationship building with clients. Most of all, I learned how to be a good listener so I could understand and relate to the client’s needs, wants & challenges which enabled me to provide the best solutions possible for them.  During this time my husband and I also invested in foreclosed homes that we renovated and either sold or held as rental properties.  At the same time, I also coached a Competitive All-Star Cheerleading Team for many years and traveled around the US for competitions with the girls and their families.  The parents of my athletes relied on me to teach their daughters not just about sportsmanship and team synergy, but more importantly about how to be humble in victory and gracious in defeat.  It was during my years as a coach that I realized there was something missing in my Corporate Career……that personal connection with people and families…….and I knew it was time for a change.

I thought about the best sales experience I had ever encountered from a buyer’s perspective and what immediately came to mind was the Realtor who sold us our very first home.  We were so nervous, had so many questions and fears, and interest rates were at a whopping 12.78%!  Our Realtor guided us painlessly through the process; we were treated like her only clients, she was professional, intelligent, and oh, what a negotiator!  I knew at that time I wanted to do the same for others!  My personal philosophy has always been to make friends for life, and the same rule applies to work, which is a vital part of my life. I realized that this philosophy was the cornerstone of a successful career in Real Estate so I went back to school, became a licensed Realtor, and have poured my heart and soul into my career ever since.  I spent my first 9 years as Realtor with RE/MAX, but became intrigued by the business model at Keller Williams Realty and was always impressed by their Realtors if we worked on a deal together.  My best experiences were with the Realtors on the EZ Sales Team, the #1 Keller Williams Real Estate Team in the State of Ohio, so I decided to introduce myself to their team leaders.  From the moment we met I knew this is where I needed to make my home as a Realtor and I was honored when they asked me to join the team!  As a Sales Partner with the EZ Sales Team I bring vast sales knowledge, years of contract negotiating experience, and technologically advanced marketing resources to the table for my clients to meet the high demands of this ever-changing Real Estate market.  When you work with me you have the power of an entire team behind you, whether you’re buying, selling, or building.  I am here to educate, guide, and support you while you are making decisions on the biggest investment in your life; your home, all the while providing the highest level of communication and personal service for you and your family, not only for today but for a lifetime.  Friends for life, that is what my clients become, and I treat each and every client as a family member.  I’m personally vested in your experience.  And then, there’s the magic of the house. When you work in an industry where workdays are filled with strategizing about marketing listings with sellers and searching for homes with buyers, the enchantment of the house itself can sometimes be overlooked. It’s my job to make sure we don’t lose sight of that. Houses aren’t commodities, they are sanctuaries, each with their own character, charm, and flaws. An older house has likely given life to the dreams of multiple generations, while a newly built home is a template for untold possibilities. No matter when the foundation was laid, its acquisition by a new owner always marks the beginning of a new personal story. A #1 Realtor knows that there is always much to learn about what makes a home sturdy, sound, and alluring.  There is a home for every buyer and a buyer for every home, the magic happens when we make the right connection between the two, and that is what I pledge to my clients; to make “home” happen!

When I’m not working I’m all about spending time with my family.  My husband Mike and I presently live in beautiful MedinaCounty and built our home in Brunswick in 1996.  We raised two beautiful daughters here, and now have four precious little grandchildren, and one, little Taco Terrier, (Chihuahua-Toy Fox Terrier mix) named “Vito”, who thinks he’s all that!  On any given Sunday you’ll find any number of family members and friends at our home, hanging out by our pool in the summer, or gathered around our kitchen table during the colder months, enjoying the Italian food my husband is so well known for preparing along with our notorious homemade wine.  We have an open-door policy every day of the week in our home; our motto is ”mangiare e bere come famiglia”, (eat and drink as family), and no one ever leaves this house hungry!  Our family works hard but when it’s time to play, we love vacationing, especially to tropical destinations.  There is something so soothing and relaxing about the ocean and the beach, even when accompanied by four little grandchildren!  I am also a Board Member for a Non-Profit Worldwide Mission offering community outreach services to the elderly and the less fortunate, I participate in Habitat For Humanity, and Keller Williams Red Day where each year we spend a day giving back to those in need in our communities. These are the things that give my life meaning and fulfillment.
